My career journey

Theatre has always been my passion. As one of my college majors, I was able to hone in on my storytelling and public speaking skills, while mastering the principles of design.

After devoting 6+ years to the Education sector, I developed two core pillars of expertise: Data Analysis and Customer Success. In addition, I gained invaluable experience in cross-team collaboration, communication, training and implementation, stakeholder management, and project management.

Since earning the Google Professional Certificate in Data Analytics and becoming a Data Analyst Consultant, I am on a mission to blend my expertise in Data Analysis and Customer Success to help businesses make better data-driven decisions and build customer experience strategies rooted in real insights.
